David Rosenberger serves as President of Dobil Laboratories, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s growth, culture, and long-term vision. With nearly 25 years in the technology integration industry, David has worked in virtually every corner of the family business, from pulling weeds in the parking lot and making deliveries as a teenager to serving as a technician, project manager, salesperson and executive leader.

David is passionate about building great teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and helping organizations leverage technology to communicate, collaborate, and stay secure. He believes strong relationships, continuous learning, and a positive culture are the foundation of any successful business.

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find David on a golf course, spending time with his wife and two children, exploring new business ideas, or debating which car belongs in the garage next.

Tom McLaughlin serves as Chief Operating Officer of Dobil Laboratories and has been a driving force behind the company’s success since joining the organization in 1996. Over the course of nearly three decades, Tom has played a pivotal role in shaping Dobil’s operational excellence, technical standards, and culture.

Known throughout the industry for his deep technical expertise, Tom earned a reputation as one of the leading control system programmers and instructors in the ProAV field. Today, he focuses on developing teams, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives across the company.

Tom is widely respected for his ability to solve complex challenges, his commitment to continuous improvement, and his dedication to helping both employees and clients succeed. While he takes his responsibilities seriously, he remains one of the primary sources of humor around the office and is never afraid to lighten the mood with a well-timed joke.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. More often than not, if he isn’t in the office, he’s probably on his way to the happiest place on earth.

Don Rosenberger is the Founder of Dobil Laboratories, having established the company in January 1971. A graduate of Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon University), Don earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and obtained his Professional Engineer (P.E.) license shortly thereafter. His engineering expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to doing things the right way laid the foundation for what Dobil has become today.

Throughout his career, Don has helped guide the company through tremendous technological change while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, integrity, and customer relationships. He remains a passionate advocate for continuous learning and professional development and is often the first person in the room eager to learn about new technologies, industry trends, and emerging solutions.

Don’s influence can still be seen throughout the organization—in its culture of curiosity, technical excellence, and commitment to serving clients. Whether the topic is power systems, audio, video, networking, or the latest technology innovation, Don is always ready to ask questions, share insights, and continue learning.

When he’s not in the office, Don enjoys golfing year-round, traveling the world with his wife, and spending as much time as possible with his grandchildren.
